Set up and lead the Business Insights function for the group. This includes optimising existing and embedding new processes to facilitate the budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting across the group into a consistent, disciplined function; producing key insights into the operational performance of the business; and supporting various stakeholders by providing strategic financial support and developing next generational analytical advice.
